Job summary

The University of Ottawa invites applications for the Competency-Based Assessment Coordinator role within UGME Administration. You will oversee operational delivery of EPA activities, collaborate with Clerkship Directors, and ensure training for faculty and preceptors across clerkships and hospital sites.

You will provide data-driven reports to the Clerkship Competence and Promotion Committee, maintain assessment platforms, and support continuous improvement while adhering to CACMS standards.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Administration, business or similar specialty or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Coordination: Develop, maintain and execute competency-based assessment strategies with UGME leadership.
• Assessment Platform and Data Management: Monitor data, generate reports and map data across platforms.
• Administration & Committee Support: Provide admin/logistical support to the CCPC and prep meeting materials.
• Training and Engagement: Ensure training for preceptors and rotation leads with CPD and instructional designers.
• Knowledge, Experience, Competencies, And Skills: Demonstrate planning, initiative, client service and teamwork competencies.
