College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Certification and Assessment portfolio. The role drives operational excellence in certification, assessment, and examination services, and ensures defensible decisions and a superior candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of leadership in health professions education or regulation, with a master's degree and bilingual English/French preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters in medical education, health professions education, assessment and evaluation, psychometrics, education, or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for the Certification and Assessment portfolio, including Certification in the CFPC (CCFP) and CAC.
• Oversee delivery, continuous improvement, and operational oversight of certification, assessment and examination programs.
• Foster trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and ensure high-quality certification decisions.
