Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location: Remote with travel to Ontario, CA and Texas

Position: Compensation and Benefits Manager

LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our client's team. This role is perfect for a Senior Compensation Analyst looking to transition into a Total Rewards position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our client's total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits administration. This position is remote but requires travel to our sites in Ontario, CA, and Texas during key periods such as open enrollment, performance management, merit increases, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Program Development: Contribute to the strategic initiatives by providing support and inputs into the development and maintenance of our total rewards programs.
  • Benefits Administration: Teach and oversee benefits administration to a strong Compensation Analyst.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with People Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Leadership Communication: Act as a thought partner, effectively communicating with leadership and providing insights on compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate execution of compensation and benefits processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Compensation Analyst or similar role, with a strong desire to transition into a Total Rewards position.
  • HRIS Knowledge: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are ideal to effectively communicate benefits to employees, though this is not a strict requirement.
  • Skills: Ability to work at a fast pace, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel
