We are seeking a strategic and analytical HR Compensation Manager to lead the planning, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role is responsible for ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's goals and compliance standards.
Design, implement, and manage compensation structures including base pay, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
Conduct market analysis to benchmark salaries, evaluate internal equity, and recommend compensation adjustments.
Partner with HR business partners and leadership to provide guidance on compensation decisions, job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
Lead the annual compensation review process including merit increases, bonus planning, and budget forecasting.
Evaluate job descriptions and perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades and classifications.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws).
Develop compensation-related communication and training materials for managers and HR team members.
Collaborate with finance and other departments to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
Oversee compensation surveys, analyze data trends, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Manage or assist with executive compensation programs and long-term incentive plans (if applicable).
