Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet vocational standards set by MTCSU, NACCC, and Ontario Community Support Association.
• Knowledge of procedures for bedside care and sanitation for geriatric residents.

Responsabilités

• Monitor care to ensure conformity with the care plan and report findings.
• Document information pertaining to residents' care as directed.
• Attend in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist in onboarding new staff and follow IPAC policies.
