Integracare Inc. is seeking Certified Personal Support Workers to provide at-home senior care in the Oakville area. You will support clients with daily activities, companionship, and dignity in a home setting.

We value compassion, critical thinking, and reliability. Weekend availability is required, with shifts that fit part-time or casual schedules; compensation starts at CAD 22 per hour, with opportunities for education and professional growth.

Competenze

• PSW certificate from a government funded or NACC accredited college.
• RPN or RN students with minimum placement experience.
• Available to work on weekends (every weekend or alternate weekends).

Mansioni

• Provide companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with ADLs including meals, personal care, bathing and safe transfers.
• Respect clients’ privacy and dignity while delivering care.
• Create moments of joy during care.
