Integracare Inc. is a trusted home health care provider delivering at-home senior care in the Mississauga area, helping clients maintain independence and joyful living.

We are a growing team committed to compassionate, high-quality care in clients’ homes and other settings. We are actively seeking Certified PSWs who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking, and a desire to provide the highest quality care.

Competenze

• PSW certificate from a government funded or NACC accredited college.
• RPN or RN students with minimum placement experience.
• Must be available to work on the weekends (i.e. every weekend or alternate weekends).

Mansioni

• Provide companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions.
• Advocate for clients’ needs.
• Monitor and report changes to the client’s condition.
• Assist clients with ADLs including meal preparation, personal care, bathing and transfers.
• Ensure privacy and dignity of clients during care.
• Create moments of joy for clients during care.
