Extendicare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate personal care and support to residents in a Ontario long-term care setting. You will work under supervision, following established plans and policies to assist with daily living activities and mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program (or provincial equivalent with min 600 hours in Ontario & Alberta).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and organize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the plan of care and follow supervisor directions.
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
