Sienna Senior Living's St. George Community in Toronto is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with a team to support daily living activities and enhance residents' comfort and dignity.

The role is paid under the collective agreement at $27.45 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for learning and growth within a welcoming, inclusive workplace.

Formación

• Completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatment and bedside care.
• Demonstrates tact and diplomacy when working with seniors, families and visitors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and assistance with activities of daily living (eating, dressing, hygiene) as per individualized care plans.
• Deliver resident care and services, including facilitating communication and assisting with mobility and devices.
• Support resident comfort and well-being through cognitive, social and emotional care and participation in programs.
