Sienna Living in Mississauga is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate daily living support to residents in long-term care, building meaningful relationships and ensuring comfort, dignity and well-being. You will work with residents and families, follow individual care plans, and help with activities of daily living to enrich residents' daily health and happiness.

• Compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work supporting seniors.
• Good communication with residents and families.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with activities of daily living (eating, dressing, hygiene) per care plans.
• Assist residents with communication and access to mobility aids and devices.
• Administer simple medications under supervision of a health professional (with training).
• Provide cognitive, social, emotional, and oral health support; encourage participation in activities.
