Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Personal Support Worker for Weston Terrace Community in Toronto. This temporary part-time role (7am to 3pm) involves delivering compassionate daily living support to residents, building trustful relationships, and helping residents stay engaged in meaningful activities.

You will work as part of the Long Term Care team to assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and social well-being, while following individualized care plans.

Formación

• Completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Experience delivering daily living assistance with residents in care settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and assistance with activities of daily living (eating, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist with resident care and services, including mobility and use of devices as needed.
• Support resident comfort and well-being through cognitive, social, and emotional support.
• Collaborate with the Long Term Care team to enhance resident daily experiences.
