Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent.
• Ability to deliver respectful, person-centered daily living assistance.
• Commitment to safety, dignity and resident comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support with daily activities per care plan.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, dressing, eating and personal care.
• Support residents with communication and cognitive/social activities.
• Promote safety with accessible mobility aids and call bells.
• Contribute to residents' comfort and overall well-being through care.
