Qualifications

• Current registration as an LPN in the applicable province.
• Strong clinical knowledge with seniors care experience.
• Experience with regulated and unregulated care providers preferred.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care per provincial standards.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate effectively.
• Implement and evaluate care plans, adjusting as required.
• Document assessments, care plans and changes accurately.
• Coach and direct unregulated care providers.
