Successful candidates will have accredited caregiver training, strong caregiving knowledge, and solid English communication. The role offers a supportive team, ongoing training, and health benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited caregiver training program or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
• Clear English communication; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide homemaking, companionship, and daily living support.
• Administer personal care per care plan directives.
• Observe client conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Implement infection prevention practices.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers as trained.
• Document client status per company standards.
