Qualifications

• Health Care Aide certificate from a recognized program.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to the team leader.

• Monitor vital signs and apply safety practices and PPE.
• Stock supplies and support activity programs for residents.
