• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training (CPR)

• Assist clients with activities of daily living to promote independence
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to the team leader
• Document care in the client health record per policies
• Monitor and document vital signs and other observations
• Provide personal hygiene support and grooming
• Support mobility, feeding, and safety measures per care plan
• Maintain a clean environment and proper handling of equipment
• Adhere to infection prevention and control practices and PPE use
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges as needed
• Demonstrate safe use of medical equipment and collect specimens per procedures
• Complete required documentation and notifications in a timely manner
