Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Prepares for services to include delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and other keepsakes; ensures proper care and storage of items.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance, as directed by management.
• Assists with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting, or operation of crematory, as permitted by law.
• Performs office duties such as answering phones and operating equipment and systems.
• Runs errands for supplies, deliveries, documents, etc.
• Acts as usher and may park cars or perform transportation as needed.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Ensures refreshments are available where allowed by law.
• Assists with visitations, memorials and services including setup and dressing remains.
• Greets client families entering the office and provides information and assistance.
