The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to provide compassionate, participant-centred case management for individuals and families accessing community programs.

You will build supportive relationships, identify goals, address barriers, and connect participants with housing, employment, health, and social services while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary diploma in a human-services field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is an asset.
• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Background screening including Vulnerable Sector Check required.

Responsabilités

• Provide case management and holistic support to participants.
• Maintain confidential, accurate case notes and documentation.
• Develop action plans, assess needs, and connect with community resources.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners to support participants.
• Attend meetings and promote respectful, client-centred service.
