Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in dispatching, customer service, transportation, logistics, call centre operations, or related field.
• Experience with computerized scheduling or dispatch systems is an asset.
• Experience using RideCo or similar transportation software is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional and effective communication in English (and French)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good geographic knowledge of Greater Sudbury.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily service delivery using RideCo and associated systems.
• Coordinate trip assignments and support operators during service hours.
• Support operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving.
• Assist customers with trip bookings, cancellations, modifications, and inquiries.
• Monitor schedules and identify system issues impacting service delivery.
• Provide information regarding service availability, eligibility requirements, trip status, and procedures.
• Deliver professional, courteous, customer-focused service.
• Document customer complaints, compliments, and service concerns.
• Complete dispatch logs and operational records accurately.
