Job summary

GP+ Community Services at Riverside Clinic is looking for an organised and proactive Team Leader to coordinate the day-to-day work of the administrative team and support GP+ Community Services, ADHD and Suffolk Weight Management services. You will oversee referrals, appointments and administration using EMIS, SystmOne and e-Referral.

This permanent, site-based role offers a supportive management structure, opportunities for training and personal development, and a strong focus on work/life

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive candidate with ability to coordinate a busy admin team.
• Strong communication with patients, GP practices and colleagues.
• Comfortable using patient administration and referral systems; learning new ones quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the daily administrative workload, delegating tasks and reprioritising as needed.
• Process patient referrals and oversee appointments across GP+, ADHD and Suffolk Weight Management services using EMIS, SystmOne and e-Referral.
• Provide first-line support and guidance to admin staff, support induction and training, and escalate risks promptly.
