Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) invites you to join our Community Recreation team. The role focuses on delivering quality leisure programs and managing facilities for military members and their families, enhancing wellbeing through active living.

We seek dynamic, independent individuals who are bilingual (English and French). You will supervise staff and volunteers, coordinate diverse programs, and contribute to a supportive, mission-driven workplace on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and certification in a recreation program area.
• CPR and basic first aid qualifications are required.
• Bilingual (English and French) essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality leisure programs, services and facilities to military members and their families.
• Supervise, coordinate and manage community fitness, sports, arts and culture programming, civic events and libraries/membership offices.
• Mentor junior staff and volunteers to improve the quality of life for the military community.
