Job summary
Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is seeking a Fitness and Sports Instructor in Winnipeg, MB. You will lead fitness, sports and aquatics programs for a motivated professional clientele and develop tactical programs aligned with employment standards to ensure safety and readiness.
As part of a dynamic team, you will deliver programs grounded in current research and supported by technology. The role is on-site with a strong emphasis on health, wellness, and growth within the CAF
Qualifications
- College diploma or certificate in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Sciences, or related field.
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification.
- Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) Certificate.
Responsibilities
- Lead Fitness, Sports and Aquatics programs for CAF members.
- Develop, deliver and assess Tactical programs based on employment standards.
- Ensure members can safely and effectively perform duties in operations.
