Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a full-time Community Specialist to execute store community initiatives, build relationships with Ambassadors and local partners, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor with a community perspective.

You will collaborate with store leadership, identify opportunities, and host events while supporting product seeding and leveraging omnichannel programs to enhance guest connections.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors and partners to grow guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and strengthen the store as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education within omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive team environment that welcomes diversity.
