Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership seeks a Coordinator of Community Engagement to support youth-focused programs and school partnerships at MLSE LaunchPad in Toronto. You will coordinate In-Reach initiatives, manage events, schedule activities, and help deliver an engaging youth experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in community engagement or youth in-reach/outreach.
• Experience developing and supporting programs.
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers.
• Experience overseeing budgets.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a youth engagement strategy to support MLSE LaunchPad programs.
• Provide in-reach support for multi-year and new programs.
• Maintain relationships with local schools and community partners for opportunities and visits.
• Assist with scheduling and implementation of youth volunteerism and related campaigns.
• Generate promotional materials and updates (brochures, newsletters, emails).
• Lead and represent MLSE LaunchPad Youth Advisory Committee within the space.
• Support youth-focused events to sustain engagement among members and staff.
• Plan and execute Summer Camps, March Break, PA Days and holiday programming.
