Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership leads Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts development initiatives and delivers engaging youth programs across the GTA. The role focuses on planning, execution, and delivery of development activities, with emphasis on creating positive participant experiences and strong staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with detailed event and logistical planning for youth programs.
• Ability to manage budgets for multiple programs and events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LeagueApps is an asset.
• Creative problem solving and adaptability in event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for Soccer & Football Development programming, coordinating with internal departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, clubs, and community partners.
• Plan and execute Coaches Open Houses, Camps, PA Days, and clinic series.
• Manage program budgets and communicate with Finance for budget adherence.
• Recruit, train and supervise hourly staff delivering court & field programming.
• Update content for LeagueApps sites and social media channels.
