What we are looking for

Reporting to the Manager, Communications, the Communications Specialist supports the development of communications, outreach, and education activities. The role involves internal and external communication efforts, developing materials for various channels, managing social media, supporting media monitoring, and acting as a liaison between teams and internal clients.

Responsibilities include :

• Generating engaging content for websites, social media, and signage.
• Developing communication materials aligned with organizational objectives.
• Supporting internal campaigns and brand efforts.
• Managing social media content, monitoring, and analytics.
• Assisting in planning and executing events and campaigns.
• Collaborating with internal teams and representing the department.

Qualifications :

• University degree or college diploma in communications or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Preferred assets :

• Social media experience in a business setting.
• Experience with MailChimp, bilingual skills, translation / revision skills, financial sector knowledge, and event management experience.

Salary range :

65,026 to $81,283, based on qualifications and experience. Application deadline : May 20, 2025.
