Position Title: Insurance Sales Director
Reports To: National VP Wholesaler Development & Advisor Engagement
Department: Individual Sales
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Toronto
Work Arrangements: You will work from your home office 100% of the time. You may be required to be in-person at our office in Waterloo, ON or another assigned location within the Waterloo Region, on an as needed basis. Sales related roles may be required to travel based on the assignment.

The Insurance Sales Director is a critical sales role within our Individual Life and Health Insurance division. In this role you will be responsible for business development and account management in the MGA channel. This will include providing educational presentations, case consultation, sales strategies, product and marketing support to drive sales for the Individual Insurance division of Equitable.Are you driven, proactive and have a passion for Insurance Sales?We want to hear from you!
