Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a talented internal communications lead to drive strategy and execution, keeping employees informed, engaged, and connected to business priorities. You will advise HR and leaders, manage key channels and engagement platforms, and act as a French-language resource as we expand in Quebec.

This role is an individual contributor with strong strategic thinking, cross-team collaboration, and independence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to communicate with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft 365; familiarity with internal platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies that keep employees informed, engaged, and connected to business priorities.
  • Maintain and support crisis communications plans, processes, templates, and contact lists.
  • Lead the launch and ongoing management of Viva Engage as a key employee engagement platform.
  • Partner with HR, health and safety, and other teams to support recurring employee communications and engagement programs.
  • Analyze communications metrics and employee feedback to measure effectiveness and improve strategies, channels, and tools.
  • Provide occasional drafting support for external communications and social media content.
  • Serve as a French-language and cultural resource supporting communications and growth in Quebec.
  • Write, edit, and review communications, ensuring alignment with AP Style and brand standards.
  • Identify emerging communication trends and AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Description

We're looking for a talented individual to lead our internal communications strategy and execution, helping employees stay informed, engaged, and connected to the business. You'll serve as a trusted communications advisor to HR and other business leaders across the organization, manage key communications channels and engagement platforms. You'll also act as a French-language and culture resource as we grow our presence in Quebec, with occasional support on external communications and social content. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thinks strategically, works well across teams, and is comfortable operating with a high degree of independence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Write, edit, and review communications, ensuring alignment with AP Style, company brand standards, and editorial guidelines.
  • Identify emerging communications trends, technologies, and best practices, including AI-enabled tools, to improve communication effectiveness and efficiency.
What you bring:
  • Bilingual in English and French (required).
  • Post secondary education in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and internal communications platforms.
  • Familiarity using AI tools in a communications setting.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with strong follow-through and the ability to meet deadlines without reminders.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify issues and bring forward solutions.
  • Experience with internal communications platforms such as ContactMonkey, SharePoint, Asana, and Viva Engage is an asset.
  • Experience managing external agencies or consultants is a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional integrity and the ability to manage confidential information.

Vos missions:

  • Gérer et mettre à jour les plans, processus, modèles et listes de contacts liés à la communication de crise.
  • Piloter le lancement et la gestion continue de Viva Engage en tant que plateforme clé d'engagement des employés.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les RH, les équipes chargées de la santé et de la sécurité, ainsi que d'autres services, pour soutenir les programmes récurrents de communication et d'engagement des employés.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de communication et les retours des employés pour mesurer l'efficacité et améliorer continuellement les stratégies, canaux et outils de communication.
  • Apporter un soutien ponctuel à la rédaction de communications externes et de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux.
  • Agir en tant que personne-ressource pour la langue et la culture françaises afin de soutenir les initiatives de communication et de croissance de l’entreprise au Québec.
  • Rédiger, réviser et valider des communications en veillant à leur conformité avec les normes rédactionnelles (style AP), l'image de marque de l'entreprise et les directives éditoriales.
  • Identifier les tendances, technologies et meilleures pratiques émergentes en matière de communication — y compris les outils basés sur l'IA — pour en améliorer l'efficacité et la productivité.
Votre profil:
  • Bilinguisme anglais-français (requis).
  • Formation postsecondaire en communication d'entreprise, relations publiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec une capacité à communiquer efficacement avec la haute direction.
  • Maîtrise approfondie de PowerPoint, de Microsoft 365 et des plateformes de communication interne.
  • Connaissance de l'utilisation d'outils d'IA dans un contexte de communication.
  • Approche proactive et autonome, avec un grand sens du suivi et la capacité de respecter les délais sans relance.
  • Esprit stratégique, avec la capacité d'identifier les enjeux et de proposer des solutions.

Rémunération visée: 30$ – 32$/heure Canadian
