CLEAResult is seeking a Communications Manager to lead internal communications across the organization. This remote Canada role focuses on informing, engaging, and connecting employees with business priorities, while supporting French-language initiatives in Quebec. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted advisor to HR and senior leaders.

You’ll manage channels, measure engagement, and maintain editorial standards, with opportunities to contribute to external content and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in corporate communications, PR, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Experience with internal comms platforms and AI tools is a plus.
