CLEAResult is seeking a Warehouse associate in Mississauga to ensure smooth delivery and pickup of inventory and equipment. You're on-site five days a week, supporting program leads with inventory control, data entry, and safety compliance.
The role requires 2–4+ years in a warehouse, a forklift license, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and help optimize warehouse procedures.

Job Description Warehouse and support staff ensure smooth delivery and pickup of inventory and equipment while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Roles often include inventory management, budgets and reporting, fleet management and safety. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at warehouse to supporting contractors in the field. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in warehouse roles will occasionally have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact. This role is on-site 5 days per week in Mississauga and the successful candidate must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.
Thoroughly understand warehouse operations and logistics. Organize and schedule the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory as requested by Program leads or Analysts. Maintain inventory and supplies by transferring items, inputting data, and counting when stocks need replenishment. Keep warehouse equipment operational by enforcing instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and calling for repairs. Be an active member of Canada Safety Committee, responsible for ensuring that safety checks are completed and any safety issues are rectified. Train temporary staff on tasks needing completion during periods of high workload. Assist temporary warehouse staff and accommodates daily workloads to keep employees on task. Lift up to 50lbs repetitively. Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedures.
Targeted Compensation Range $22-$24/h Compensation Range Currency Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
