Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) seeks a Communications Coordinator in Winnipeg to assist the Communications Department in day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives for MMF communications, website, social media and public relations.

The Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) is the democratically elected National Government of the Red River Métis, also known as the Manitoba Métis. The Red River Métis are a distinct Indigenous Nation and People, and Canada's Negotiating Partners in Confederation and the Founders of the Province of Manitoba.
The MMF seeks to fill Communications Coordinatorposition within our Communication’s Departmentlocated at 150 Henry Avenue in Winnipeg, MB. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for helping growth of the communications department by assisting the director in coordinating, supervising and implementing the day-to-day practices of the department. As part of the position, the coordinator will assist in developing documents, initiatives, and strategies for MMF communications, website, social media and public relation activities.
