Job Description

A Communication Specialist in People Change Management plays a crucial role in supporting and facilitating communication and engagement initiatives within PRESTO's Transition Program. This position:

1. Involves managing and executing plans to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, paving the way for a smooth transition during the change journey;
2. Requires a deep understanding of people change management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
