Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator to oversee commissioning activities from construction completion through system startup and turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and readiness.

Reporting to the Senior Commissioning Specialist, you will develop plans, manage documentation, coordinate with project teams and clients, and support successful handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, Instrumentation Engineering Technology, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 2-5 years of experience in construction, project coordination, operations, quality, controls, or commissioning, preferably within water/wastewater or industrial projects
• Strong technical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, maintain project documentation, and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

Graham is actively recruiting for a Commissioning Coordinator supporting the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Commissioning Specialist, the Commissioning Coordinator coordinates commissioning activities, documentation, testing, reporting, training, and turnover from construction completion through operational handover, ensuring safe, efficient, and systematic execution aligned with project schedules, quality requirements, and operational readiness goals.

The Right Tools for the Job
