Kia of Brampton is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Brampton, Ontario. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, develop product knowledge on our Kia lineup, and guide guests through the car-buying journey from initial contact to delivery.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
OMVIC Certification is required.
Dealer CRM system experience is required.
Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
Learn and maintain product knowledge on Kia vehicles and incentive programs.
Project a positive attitude for the benefit of customers and teammates.
Ensure work is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion.
Attend factory-sponsored and dealer-specified training classes.
