Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a Part-Time Cafe Boulud Commis II who shares our passion for cuisine and teamwork. The role involves supporting the culinary team, reading menus, and executing tasks with care in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll contribute to a flawless final dish and participate in a dynamic guest experience. The position requires strong knife skills, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Kitchen/Cook experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation.
• Excellent communication skills and command of English.
• Additional language is an asset.
• Culinary training degree preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work with the culinary team to ensure a flawlessly executed final product.
• Read and follow menus and recipes; assist with mise en place.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
