We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Hotel Lounge / In-Room Dining culinary team as a full-time Commis Chef. In this entry‑level role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs, to assist in the preparation and execution of the hotel's breakfast and all‑day dining dishes. Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
  • Ensuring that all kitchen areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and organized.
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
  • Following proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
  • Collaborating with other kitchen colleagues to streamline workflow and maximize efficiency.
  • Taking direction from senior kitchen colleagues and executing tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
