Mandat:

Relevant du directeur du gérant des comptes payables, le commis aux comptes payables est responsable de la gestion d'un portfolio de comptes payable. Il/Elle sera responsable de la vérification des factures et de la préparation d'un volume élevé de paiements. Le/La commis devra faire la conciliation des relevés avec les factures et toutes autre tâches connexes.

Responsabilités :

• Responsible pour un nombre élevé de comptes
• Vérification de factures et preparation d'un nombre élevés de paiements (50 à 100 factures par jour)
• Rapprochement des états de fin d'année des fournisseurs
  
  
  

Exigences:

• 1 à 3 ans dans les comptes payables
• CEGEP ou diplôme considéré un atout
• Maîtrise du logiciel Excel
• Bilinguisme (anglais et français)

Mandate:

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable clerk is responsible for managing a portfolio of Accounts Payables. They will also be responsible for verifying invoice and preparing a high volume of payments. The clerk will reconcile statements with invoices and perform other duties as required.

• Proficient in Excel
