Responsibilities :

  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain books;
  • Manage accounts payable / receivable and handle reimbursements or deposits;
  • Maintain records of real estate transactions for compliance;
  • Enter data related to financial transactions;
  • Prepare and update various documents and reports, including financial statements and transaction summaries;
  • Conduct regular reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Research and compile accounting documentation, identify issues;
  • Process broker commissions payments via Nexone;
  • Perform other related tasks, including follow-ups with brokers.

Qualifications :

  • DEP, AEC in accounting, administration, technical administrative studies, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Office Suite, Windows, Nexone, and Gimmi software is an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Discipline and good priority management;
  • Organized and structured approach.
