Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the launch of new products, product changes, and other commercial initiatives. This role will coordinate between product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless transition from concept to market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial projects from ideation to launch.
  • Build and share project schedules using various tools, ensuring adherence to commercialization processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, and finance to align project requirements and goals.
  • Monitor project activities, identify roadblocks, and proactively find solutions.
  • Support risk assessments and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead post-launch evaluations and lessons learned analyses.
  • Identify and drive improvements in the commercialization process.
  • Support the rebuild of the Idea to Post-Launch Commercialization process.
  • Assist in developing process training materials.
  • Participate in configuring a PLM tool to support the revised process.
  • Manage sustainability projects, including executing the Rainforest Alliance recertification and preparing for audits.
  • Lead quarterly sustainability reporting and ensure timely completion.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, report progress, risks, and achievements, and recommend continuous improvements.

The Recipe for Success:

  • University degree in Business, Product Development, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management or commercialization experience.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Loop).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
