We are seeking a Project Manager who isn’t afraid of leaving the prescriptive elements of their PMP behind. We deliver based on customer needs, not strictly on a methodology. We incorporate the best of the software development lifecycle, project lifecycle, continuous improvement, and business analysis to create a fast-paced, customer-focused, and always improving process. We embrace continuous improvement, knowing we will never have it perfectly nailed down.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding demand

  • Delivering projects against statements of work
  • Coordinating cross-functional groups
  • Developing business improvements regularly

  • Using documented processes to find a way forward and improve them
  • Helping people implement software in a fun, exploratory way that still meets SOW requirements
  • Cloud-based ERP implementation
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, status reports, and other housekeeping tasks
Requirements
  • 3-year degree
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience delivering software solutions to customers
  • Experience interacting with senior management
  • Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning
  • Improvement mindset
  • Revenue forecasting aligned with project budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and influence across multiple levels and functions
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and successfully drive multiple concurrent projects using data and metrics
