Job summary

Johnson Controls in Canada is seeking a Security Account Executive to promote and sell security services and technology. You will build relationships, close new business, and drive customer retention across commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• High school degree or diploma in related technical electronics equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the commercial security industry, in either a sales or technician role.
• Must be able to meet the requirements for Reliability Clearance.
• Experience designing, deploying and supporting customer solutions in a technology related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, MS Teams, Salesforce, Compass (ERP) – adept at Excel spreadsheet formulas.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer and Johnson Controls organizations.
• Valid drivers' license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls services and technology related to the security domain.
• Build relationships, close new business, and ensure customer retention.
• Act as the Johnson Controls brand steward by conveying our story and capabilities.
• Achieve profitable sales and upgrades to new Commercial customers; maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and customer needs.
