The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performance Sales Representative committed to client-focused service. The role offers an entrepreneurial environment with the technology and support needed to succeed. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, confidential, and professional setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in real estate, business, economics, or related field
  • Current Ontario Real Estate License
  • Experience in Financial Analysis
  • 1-4 years working as a realtor or licensed assistant
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and digital tools, including CRM systems
  • Highly organized, professional, and discreet
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop business and negotiate leasing, purchasing, and sale of commercial properties
  • Build client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide market information and property data to clients
  • Assist clients on property visits and negotiations
  • Maintain relationships with property owners and manage transactions
  • Participate in business development and marketing campaigns

Compensation

  • Base salary plus commission and profit sharing
  • RECO fees and TREB dues paid by Lee Toronto
  • Annual conference in Las Vegas
