Position Overview :

We offer a 10-month CONTRACT opportunity in our Field Sales team as a Territory Development Manager / Sales Analyst . This hybrid role is based in the GTA, with 2 days per week at our Mississauga Head Office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Territory Management :
  • Sell displays aligned with customer programs and promotions.
  • Report in-store results promptly using computer tools.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity.
  • Implement customer-specific shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Promote category business plans and merchandising.
  • Utilize category management principles in presentations.
  • Category Management / Sales Analysis :
  • Analyze sales data using platforms like Dunnhumby & Circa to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create Customer & Store Level Scorecards for performance monitoring.
  • Customer Development :
  • Support sales team with deal sheets and report store-level sales actions.
  • Manage Direct Accounts where applicable.
  • Administration :
  • Operate within regional spending guidelines.
  • Submit reports and trackers on time.
  • Development :
  • Share selling concepts, successes, and challenges in team meetings.
  • Create and maintain Individual Development Plans with the manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time, and budget management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with business and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data platforms like AC Nielsen.
  • Energetic self-starter and collaborative team player.
  • Knowledge of consumer and industry trends; proactive learner.
