Job summary

Royop, a leading Alberta real estate developer, seeks a skilled Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio from our Sherwood Park region office. You will coordinate administration, accounting, leasing, operations, and tenant relations to ensure exceptional service and financial performance.

You will lead budgeting, CAPEX planning, and quarterly reporting, while fostering strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate management and operations.
• Experience managing retail properties is considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Experience coordinating with tenants and lease documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of an assigned property portfolio, including administration, accounting, leasing, and operations.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, investors, colleagues, consultants, and suppliers.
• Maintain tenant relations through regular site visits and communications.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and related administrative tasks.
• Monitor accounts receivable and performance; escalate issues as needed.
• Lead budgeting, CAPEX planning, and quarterly/annual reporting.
