Job Details

General Description: Provide leadership and direction to associates at assigned properties, with direct responsibility for building managers. Ensure maximum commercial tenant satisfaction and retention through coordination of services such as maintenance, cleaning, and contractors. The primary goal is to maintain and grow the commercial portfolio through leasing, negotiations, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct day-to-day management of onsite staff, including supervision, training, scheduling, performance management, and mentoring.
2. Monitor and maintain excellent commercial tenant relations and communications on behalf of the owner, including leasing proposals, dispute resolution, lease preparation, execution, and termination.
3. Manage health and safety programs, including training, emergency procedures, risk management, safety issue identification, and timely reporting.
4. Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
