About The Role

As a Commercial Manager within the Private Equity group at Dialectica, you will play a key role in driving growth and scaling an emerging business unit. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Proactive Content: Develop proactive content on topics relevant to private equity clients and lead discussions to generate client opportunities.
  • Scoping & Technical Sales: Assess client needs and generate project mandates across Dialectica’s private equity offerings.
  • Product Delivery & Relationship Management: Manage the delivery and quality assurance of Insights products, develop client relationships, and expand user engagement.
  • Product Innovation: Identify opportunities to innovate and co-create new Insights modules with clients.
  • Account Management: Maintain senior and budget-holder relationships, manage renewals, and promote Dialectica’s services.

  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or transactions; transaction experience valued.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Leadership skills to motivate colleagues and achieve goals.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering value and business growth.
