About The Role

As a Commercial Principal in the Private Equity group at Dialectica, you will drive growth and scale an emerging business unit. Your key responsibilities include:

• Proactive Content: Develop content on topics relevant to private equity clients and lead discussions to generate opportunities.
• Scoping & Technical Sales: Identify client needs and generate project mandates across Dialectica's offerings for Private Equity.
• Product Delivery & Relationship Management: Oversee delivery and quality assurance of insights products, develop client relationships, and expand user engagement.
• Product Innovation: Innovate and co-create new insights modules with clients.
• Account Management: Manage senior and budget-holder relationships, handle renewals, and promote client retention.

• Experience in professional services, consulting, or similar, with transaction experience valued.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
