The Digital Advertising Sales Executive will ignite revenue growth by selling premium advertising solutions across our online ecosystem—website ads, app placements, event sponsorships, and email campaigns. This mid-to-senior-level role demands a high-octane sales pro with a robust network in precious metals, mining, or cryptocurrency sectors. You’ll harness your connections to win clients, cement partnerships, and craft advertising strategies that deliver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Chase & Close: Hunt new business through sharp prospecting, strategic networking, and your industry contacts.
  2. Pitch & Win: Build and present data-driven proposals—spanning digital placements, event sponsorships, and email campaigns—customized to client goals. Negotiate smart terms and seal high-value deals.
  3. Pipeline Command: Maintain a sales pipeline and client records in Dynamics CRM.
  4. Campaign Precision: Team up with internal and external ad operations and analytics to optimize campaigns and arm clients with killer insights.
  5. Email Goldmine: Monetize email lists into a high-return revenue stream.
  6. Market Mastery: Track digital ad trends, competitor moves, and commodity shifts to stay unbeatable.
  7. Brand Face: Rep Kitco Media at 2-3 industry events yearly, plus client meetings and occasional Montreal office visits.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  1. 5-7 years of digital advertising sales experience, crushing targets along the way.
  2. A live network in precious metals, mining, cryptocurrency, or related sectors.
  3. Expertise in digital ad solutions: website banners, app ads, programmatic, social, email, and event sponsorships.
  4. Mastery of ad metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CPA) and targeting strategies.
  5. Elite negotiation, communication, and relationship skills, powered by business acumen.
  6. Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, programmatic platforms, and CRM tools a plus.
