Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial transportation accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes in a timely manner.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and carriers, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to support retention and account growth.
• Maintain a strong understanding of transportation-specific coverage, underwriting requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications
