We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. As a key member of our sales team you will be instrumental in fostering client relationships driving new business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the commercial insurance space. What Youll Do

  • Drive new business growth by managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts with a focus on accounts exceeding $10000 in premium.
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Implement proactive strategies to maintain client satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.
  • Develop detailed and compelling presentations for insurers and prospects to secure competitive insurance programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and evolving client needs to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients while efficiently responding to internal leads.
  • Address client concerns with innovative solutions ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction.

What Youll Need for Success

  • RIBO License or ability to obtain in short order
  • Proven Sales Ability : A demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets while fostering trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of commercial insurance products industry trends and competitor dynamics.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to simplify complex insurance products and policies for clients in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Resilience and Motivation : High energy self-driven and motivated to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset : A proactive approach to identifying client challenges and presenting effective solutions.
  • Insurance Industry Experience : Prior experience in commercial insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
